HWB blends holistic nursing, “health, life and wellness coaching”, naturopathy and lifestyle education for the purpose of motivating and inspiring you to make easy, simple, positive changes to improve your life. Whether you are searching for less stress, more energy, and/or natural strategies to help you, your child, teen, or aging parent, HWB can help you or them “feel better fast”.

HWB helps you understand that your current state of health is just the “tip of an iceberg” and when you make some very simple changes in your daily living, your health and well being will improve.

After performing a holistic assessment using the Wellness Inventory, a fun, interactive tool, that explores your body, mind and spirit either on-line or in person, HWB will help you create a life-balance program and personalized action plan, as we set goals and create simple action steps to incorporate into your busy life. HWB will educate , empower, motivate and inspire you towards a renewed sense of health and wellbeing.

How long is a session and how many sessions are needed?

The average session is 60 minutes in length, either in person or by phone. The amount of sessions vary based on your needs. Average amount of sessions range from 2-5. Some people chose to have a wellness coach indefinitely.
