About Buddy

As a holistic nurse since 1987, wife, mother of two young boys, and  elder caretaker,  I have a wealth of experience in health promotion, health education, lifestyle teaching and wellness consulting/coaching.  My professional experience involves trauma/critical care, flight, emergency, dermatology, integrative and holistic nursing.  After developing severe immune system breakdown from burnout and chronic stress in the early 1990s, I was forced to make positive changes in my life.  I transformed my health by exploring many aspects of my body, mind, and spirit.  I confronted  specific emotional issues and learned to handle stress in a more enlightened way.  I can help you transform your life using a life balance program called the Wellness Inventory.
